Multi-Sponsor Surveys Inc. (“Multi-sponsor Surveys,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and honoring the choices you make. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, the choices you have, and how to contact us.
1) Scope & Who This Policy Covers
This Policy applies to:
- Visitors to our websites and digital properties.
- Clients, prospective clients, and business contacts.
- Research participants and panelists engaged in our studies.
- Job applicants and other individuals who interact with us.
This Policy does not change the terms of any separate agreement you may have with us (e.g., services agreement, panelist terms, or study consent).
2) The Information We Collect
We collect information in three main ways: (a) directly from you, (b) automatically through our sites/services, and (c) from third parties (e.g., service providers or public sources).
Examples of personal information we may collect:
- Contact & account data: name, email, phone, mailing address, company/role, login credentials, subscription details, purchase/history.
- Preferences & communications: newsletter choices, content interests, correspondence, support requests.
- Website & device data: IP address, general location (country/region), pages viewed, links clicked, cookies/identifiers, and similar analytics data.
- Research participation data: survey responses, interview transcripts, incentives/payment records (if applicable). We generally aggregate or de-identify research data whenever feasible.
- Recruiting data (applicants): résumé/CV details, employment and education history, qualifications, and other information you choose to provide.
- Security & facilities: CCTV imagery at our offices (for safety and loss prevention).
Sensitive Information / Special Categories: We do not collect sensitive personal information about clients, prospects, or website users except where required by law (e.g., limited HR/use in hiring) or with explicit notice and consent. Research conducted by us is for commercial market research purposes, not for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Children: Our services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 provided information to us, please contact contact@multisponsor.com and we will take appropriate steps.
3) How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide and improve services: deliver websites, dashboards, report access, client support, and training; maintain security; perform troubleshooting and analytics.
- Operate research & panels: recruit participants, administer surveys/interviews, manage incentives, analyze data. We commonly use de-identified and/or aggregated results for research outputs.
- Communications & marketing: send service updates, thought leadership, event notices, and promotions consistent with your preferences (you may opt out at any time).
- Business operations: accounting and billing, compliance and legal obligations, fraud prevention and safety, business continuity/backup.
- Recruiting & HR: evaluate candidates, schedule interviews, and manage the hiring process.
AI Use: You may not use our websites, reports, or content to train or improve AI models without our written permission. We do not train our models on your identifiable personal content unless we have a lawful basis and clear notice.
4) Legal Bases
We rely on one or more of the following: consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., to run and secure our services, communicate with you, and conduct research), and legal obligations.
5) Cookies, Analytics & Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to:
- Remember your settings and improve site performance,
- Understand usage and enhance content,
- Measure marketing effectiveness.

“Do Not Track” (DNT) is not yet standardized; we do not currently respond to DNT signals.
6) Sharing Your Information
We do not “sell” your personal information. We may share information:
- Service providers/partners: hosting, analytics, email/SaaS, survey platforms, payment processors, customer support, security, and CRM. They may process personal information on our behalf under contracts that require appropriate protections.
- Within our company/group: for support, operations, and research purposes consistent with this Policy.
- Clients (limited): for enterprise subscriptions, we may share necessary account/usage information with the subscribing client’s designated administrators.
- Legal/compliance: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, safety, and security, or in connection with corporate transactions (e.g., merger, acquisition).
- With your direction/consent.
7) International Transfers
If we transfer personal information across borders, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses and comparable measures) to protect it in accordance with applicable law.
8) Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (including encryption in transit via TLS where appropriate, access controls, monitoring, and workforce training). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, conduct research, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose; where feasible we de-identify or aggregate data.

Marketing: You can unsubscribe using links in our emails or by contacting contactus@multisponsor.com.
Access, correction, deletion, and other rights: Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- access to the personal information we hold about you,
- correction or update,
- deletion (erasure),
- restriction or objection to certain processing,
- portability (a copy in a usable format).
We will respond according to applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Requests may be denied where exceptions apply; we will explain our reasoning when we do.

11) California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes, and the categories of recipients;
- Access, correct, and delete personal information;
- Opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising (We do not “sell” personal information as defined by CCPA/CPRA);
- Limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (We do not use sensitive PI for purposes requiring a “limit” link).
Categories collected (past 12 months): identifiers (name, email, IP), commercial information (subscription/usage), internet/electronic activity (site interactions), professional information (company/role), inferences about preferences (marketing segmentation), and research responses (usually de-identified/aggregated).
Sources: you, your devices, our service providers, research operations, and publicly available sources.
Purposes: as described in Sections 3 and 5.
Disclosures: to service providers and as otherwise described in Section 6.
Sale/Sharing: we do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly “share” PI for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights.

12) Research Privacy Notes
For research participants, we provide study-specific notices/consents where needed. We aim to analyze and report findings in de-identified or aggregated form. If incentives are offered, we may collect limited contact/payment information to administer them in line with this Policy and applicable law.

Our websites may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or security. Please review their policies.
